I love staying at the Mövenpick Auckland. The service is outstanding. From Eliza who runs the breakfast in the morning to the front counter team it is terrific. For someone who travels a lot, it makes you feel like it is home. I will continue to stay there for this simple reason. Thank you!

This only was a short one night visit due to various business meetings during the day, and me flying back the next day. The rooms are a bit small, but done up nicely, clean and comfortable. Staff was attentive, breakfast is not sumptuous but sufficient. Given the central location, a lot of business visitors are to be expected and hence my one “gripe”: The WiFi really needs to be improved. While it’s easy to connect, the speeds are atrocious and even trying fetching and responding to basic e-mails felt like going back to 33k6 modem days. Let alone if you’d like to do a video conference. I checked with a colleague and it was not just me having issues, so it seems an infrastructure thing. For the rest, given the central location, close to the wharves and offices, recommended hotel for business and leisure.

From the moment we checked in we received warm, friendly, excellent service. The rooms were spacious, beds were bliss, bathroom spacious with a great shower. Excellent location for walking to eateries and retail shops. Beautiful restaurant and bar great staff. My friends loved the choc hour and the Buffet breakfast was excellent a great variety of food. A suggestion, please offer dairy free butter (Oliviano) and dairy free milk other than soy and a dairy free yoghurt for those of us who are dairy free. Will definitely be our go to hotel in Auckland CBD. We had a Harbour view twin room and a city view twin room. Only a 5 min Uber ride to Civic Theatre. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed here the final night of our NZ journey because we were taking the train/bus back to the airport. It was a fantastic choice for comfort, value and convenience. I was concerned there would be noise but the trains go underground before coming into the station so, no noise. There was also the possibility of street & people noise...nothing. We walked next door to "Daily Bread" for breakfast. I would recommend staying here for the good value as well. Wish they had some food services to give them an extra star.

We do have a great location with great eatery's surrounding us and unfortunately our lobby café closed for some internal work, however we do have a wonderful restaurant called Boda on out top floor with amazing food and the views the go with it.
